I hope you drop dead and I'll come to the funeral in a red dress

Ahh... it doesn't matter how many times, that never goes stale. One of my all-time favourite movies. And it is a great line.

Like I always say - friends you can choose, but family you're stuck with!

You know, a lot about this film makes no sense whatsoever. Cher was 41, playing someone who was 37 (not a bad stretch) - Nicholas Cage was really young - in his 20s. Olympia Dukakis was only in her 50s and was playing Cher's mother. It was nuts. And yet...and yet...it's a great "soppy" film, with some great lines. My favorite, I'm afraid, is "Snap out of it!"
