    Those tie cuffs on the sleeves were a signature of Valentino in the 70s and 80s.

    I find the frill on the front a bit out of proportion and rather too heavy for chiffon. Also rather too heavy for anyone larger than a B cup I should think.

    I can't quite see myself wearing this one on the tube - definitely a party piece.
