The ‘Man Booker Dozen’ 2007

The longlist for the 2008 Man Booker Prize for Fiction was announced on Tuesday 29 July 2008.

    Congratulations, Linda, on being long-listed. You're up against formidable competition, but I wish you the best of luck. I thoroughly enjoyed your book. As my teen daughter said: "It was freakin' awesome." Unlike the rest of her family, she's not much of a book reader, so that's high praise.

    Just read the Guardian.UK announcement....how exciting! Congratulations. Thank goodness it's a long, slow process; lots of frocks to try on.
