Two things struck me immediately about this photograph. First, shallow thing that I amj, is that this woman, in the midst of war and a worldwide economic depression, still looks more "put together" than 90% of the working women in the United States today. Oh, yes, and I want the shoes, please - in dark brown, black, and dark green...
